Refund policy
We aim to keep billing simple and fair. Here's how subscriptions, cancellations, and refund requests work.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically on the cycle shown at checkout (typically monthly). You're billed at the start of each cycle for that cycle's access to monitoring, alerts, and support features.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account's billing section. Cancelling stops future renewals — your plan remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again.
Refund requests
Because monitoring work begins as soon as your plan is active, we don't offer automatic refunds for partial billing periods. That said, if something went wrong on our end — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a service issue — contact [email protected] and we'll review it in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
One-time takedown packet preparation
For one-time takedown packet preparation services, refunds are considered if work has not yet begun. Once a packet has been prepared and delivered, it generally is not refundable, since the work has been completed — regardless of whether a host or platform ultimately acts on it.
No guarantee of removal
Refunds are not provided solely because a platform, host, search engine, or registrar declines to act on a takedown request, or takes longer than expected. We can't control third-party decisions, and "no guaranteed removal" is part of how the service is designed and priced.
Support
If you believe you were billed incorrectly or have a question about a charge, reach out to [email protected] — we're glad to take a look.
DMCA WatchDog provides monitoring and operational takedown support. This is not legal advice. This is a plain-English operational policy written for launch readiness and has not been reviewed by an attorney.
